Engine Performance problem
1989 Chevy Silverado V8 Four Wheel Drive Automatic

Changed plugs, wires, cap, rotor and fuel filter and still has a loss of power. Can't get over 60mph, no take off power or acceleration power. Rebuilt engine with about 50,000 miles on it. What are some possible problems I could check?
