Engine Mechanical problem
1984 Chevy Silverado V8 Four Wheel Drive Automatic

I have an aftermarket 350 motor in my truck and it has recently started burning quite a bit of oil. It appears to only be burning it in the front 2 cylinders, only those 2 plugs are fouled. The motor was built new a few years ago with all matching edelbrock components. It was driven for around 30,000 miles with zero problems, it ran perfectly. At that point the truck was parked and sat for approx. 2 years with occasional start-ups. I recently decided to get it back on the road; it ran fine at first but over the course of a few weeks it started burning quite a bit of oil and has a mild loss of performance. I admittedly dont know much about engine internals, and was wondering if anyone had any ideas as to what the problem may be? It isnt leaking any oil, and there is no coolant/oil mixing.

Do a compression test or leakdown on those cylinders this will give you an idea where its leaking-rings/valves/cylinder
