Engine Mechanical problem
1976 Chevy Silverado V8 Two Wheel Drive Automatic 200k miles
ok, got a '76 chevy silverado, 350 with a 600 holley. it was running fine but ran low on gas. infact ran out of gas. i did my repairs i had to do and fill the tank back up with about 10 gal of fuel. it has an electric fuel pump on it. turn the switch and you hear the electric fuel pump. not low hum but kinda loud like its vibrating again the bed of the trunk. its located near the tank under the truck, at an upward angle. no fuel is coming through the lines to the carb. i have a filter near the carb to tell if the fuel is getting to it. so what could have happened between the time it was down for repairs, to now when it was time to start it back up?
