CHEVY S10 -1999 -78,000 MILES- 4 CYL. - MANUAL TRANSMISSION. IT IS MISSING AND VIBRATING AND HAS NO POWER. HAVE REPLACED PLUGS, AIR FILTER, VACUUM HOSE AND FUEL PUMP 6 MONTHS AGO. IT USED TO BE INTERMITTENT BUT NOW IT IS ALWAYS DOING IT REGARDLESS OF SPEED. IT VIBRATED REALLY BAD. THANKS

I assume it will do this at idle? Would be good to check for codes in the computer. If none, While it is idling, pull one plug wire off at a time. If there is no change when pulling a wire off, that cylinder is not firing. You could also pull each plug and look at them.
Atach a sparktester and see if that wire is delivering spark. If not pull the wire off at the coil and check for corrosion on the coil terminal. See what cylinders are not firing first and if it is spark related..
