I have had a slow collant leak (unable to see or find the leak) but if I left the radiator cap on half turn the radiator only needed attention every six months or so. I only say this cause I was told it was the intake seal leaking and cause the misfire. (Had the plugs changed and was discolored). But from some research I have found that injectors are a common failure as well. My question is which one is more likly the trouble. Thanks, If more info is need to please let me know.

Check the compression and injector for that cylinder

Cylinder misfiring can be caused by worn or fouled spark plugs, a weak spark (weak coil, bad spark plug wire), loss of compression, vacuum leaks, anything that causes an unusually lean fuel mixture (lean misfire), an EGR valve that is stuck open, dirty fuel injectors, low fuel pressure, or even bad fuel.

Thanks for your suggustions, should mention that I did have the wires replaced at the same time as the plugs. Two months ago I had to replace the fuel pump as well. I will get a compression test done. EGR wont that make the whole engine act funny?

EGR wont that make the whole engine act funny? If it acts up it has to be mutiple cylinders involved not just one-its just one of them possiblities
