I have replaced the ignition switch, not key switch. I have replaced the ignition module, ignition coil, neutral safety switch, checked all grounds, checked all power, replaced the starter, replaced the battery, basically everything in the ignition system even the crankshaft position sensor I have replaced and it still will not start. It will start only if I bypass everything with a toggle switch directly to the battery and starter solonoid. I have tried everything I know please help me. It is only throwing the code for the catalitic converter but that has been on for awhile.

Are you trying to say a toggle switch between battery and starter or battery to ignition switch

The toggle switch totally bypasses the ignition switch. When I turn the key nothing happens except a clicking sound comes from up underneath the dash exactly located in the relay box that controls the accessories.
