All warning lights came on and blinked off, tach was going to 0 and back up, speedometer was going up and back to 0. I stopped the truck and all the lights went off. When I started moving again all the lights came on and continued to blink off and on. I pulled off the road (home) and shut the engine off. Now I have no lights (headlights, interior lights, etc.) I can move the ignition key and make the radio come on (sometimes). Truck will not start, like a dead battery, but battery reads full 12 volts with a meter. Would an ignition switch cause all this? I've checked all fuses and wiring all looks good. Is there a computer chip I should be aware of? I'm really open to suggestions here.

With all the lights flashing it sounds like a bad bulkhead connection, ceck all electrical connectors, check for bent and pushed out pins, if you have a DVOM, check for power at the fuse box.
