i relaced the brake pads. they were worn, but not metal to metal. the rotors could use a cut, not horendous but a little grooved. after assembly, the truck now makes a noise like something is loose, but the lug nuts and brake mounting bolts are tight. the noise goes away, when you lightly press on the brake pedal.

Hi there,

This will be pad noise, did you use cheap pads? also you should get the rotors machined as well as the surface will be hot spotted and glazed.
