2000 Chevy S-10 won't start or turn over

I came out this morning and when I turn the key all I hear is a clicking sound. At 1st I thought starter but it doesn't even turn over. All the lights and radio works so I ruled out the battery. Pls help. Later for work

Could be a bad starter/solenoid. Check for 12 volts at the small wire on the starter with key in crank position. If it has power then the starter needs to be replaced. If none, then get back to me and we will figure out where it stops.
