My truck idles fine but when you have to give it alot of gas it bogs down and backfires. I have replaced the plugs ,wires, distributor cap ,both o2 senors and the maf sensor. I'm stuck and dont know what to do next.

I would be very curious to find out the answer myself. My '01 S10 4x2 with 4.3L is doing the exact same thing. I have replaced all 3 O2 sensors, cap, rotor, coil (with MSD), wires, and plugs.

This all started suddenly about 2 weeks ago and now is very hard to start (cranks fine but won't fire), but idles fine once started. She bogs when accelerating hard and then backfires once the tranny finally decides to shift. I'm also getting a random cyl misfire code.

I'm begining to wonder if my fuel pump, fuel filter, SFI spider or cat are bad. My truck was running great until the 10% ethonal fuel was forced down our throats here in Houston.
