1999 Chevy S-10 won't start

engine cranks but will not start. no compression in cyc 2 and 3. pulled valve cover and none of the rockers move at all. even for 1 and 4. what needs fixing

Broken timing chain, broken camshaft, cam sprocket key failure could all be the cause.
With 100K on it if the rest of it is in good shape I would consider a complete crate engine. If the body isn't great then maybe a salvage yard engine would be better.
