1999 Chevy S-10 Door hinge, roller bearing

1999 Chevy S-10 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Manual

Can you change out the roller at the bottom of the hinge. It is worn out, and when you open the door it will go pass the stop and pop the spring out.
