Does anyone know if this site is ok to donate to? I had my ID stolen once and am much more cautious now. I would like to donate though? Now the problem: It starts and idles fine. If I push the gas slowly it revs up fine also. But while idling if I push it to the floor it putters for a second then revs up, if I repeat that again it just bogs and putts and wont rev up. Now when driving if you take off slowly right when it first starts up you can drive just fine, but if you put your foot into it at all it will bog way down and lose power and wont accelerate. Sometimes it will die after this. Even if you drive slow eventually this happens. Then you can turn it off for a few seconds and take off slowly again, but eventually will do this again. I definately can't put my foot into it at all, because it bogs and putts even if I keep the pedal down. I've checked the cat. converter, I have the DB2 reader and nothing comes up, I have also recently changed the fuel pump due to hard starts and the gas guage not working. worked fine for about two months after I changed the pump, then this started. I would really appreciate any help. I consider myself pretty vehicle savy and this just has me puzzled. I also changed cap and wires recently too. Any suggestions? Thanks.
