1998 Chevy S-10 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive 140000 miles

My s-10 is running very rough while in drive it doesnt seem to be that bad while ideling in park. I changed spark plugs and wires, coil pacs and a code came up for an o 2 sensor which I also changed. A code for a multiple miss fire is coming up still. It sounds like there may be a leak in the exaust by the engine could this be the reason for the rough engine and the multiple miss fire code or maybe something else.

A code for a multiple miss fire is coming up still. What are the codes.

Check the EGR valve for carbon-could be cracking it open and not closing-but at higher rpm you don't feel it because its suppose to open and you won't feel it -till the rpm drops again.
