1998 Chevy S-10 no rear brakes

I have a 1998 chevy s-10,180k miles ,disc in front drum in rear. I changed pads in front 6 months ago. I backed out of garage, gently pumping brake pedal, because brakes were very stiff. Then the brake pedal just went to the floor. i have no rear brakes. any ideas or suggestions please!
