1998 Chevy S-10 misfire # 1 plug

just replaced intake manifold gasket engine is 4.3 w code. forgot to mark distributer but reinstalled it per repair manual engine starts fine but has code that comes up saying missfire # 1 cylinder. any idae on what might be causing this? checked all my wiring connections and hoses all are proper

Hi there,

There is a number of things that can cause the miss fire, a faulty lead, spark plug, vacuum leak, fuel injector , compression problem, start checking these.
