1997 Chevy S-10 occasional rough engine

My 97 S-10 acts like it's starved for gas. Misses and idles rough. Has only happened twice in 1500 miles. It evens out a bit at higher RPMs. Truck starts better on 2nd try than first most times, unless it's just been driven.
