turn signal stopped blinking
both sides. they light up when you turn them on (both on the dash and the actual light)
you can blink them manually. allother lights working including flashers

It sounds like you have a faulty flasher relay. The turn signal flasher unit is usually located in the convenience center located just below the instrument panel on the drivers side. Replace the flasher by unplugging the old one and plugging in the new one. Confirm proper flasher operation. You should be able to hear it clicking when turn signal is working properly.
