MY s 10 began to turn over slow like the battery was low. Then i went to start it one morning and ignition turned on lights gauges ect hit the start circuit and nothing to clicking no noise at all. Battery tests out fine and even jump starting does not get it to turn over doing a voltage drop at the battery reveals that ignition switch is working. Is it the starter? or is there other things i should check before replacing the starter?
