I have 1994 Chevy S-10 v-6 4.3L (vin Z). There has been a chronic anitfreeze leak not coming from hoses, heater hoses, radiator, thermostat, manifold, freeze plugs, and all the usual places. It actually appears to come from the block where it rests on the driver side engine mount. Could the block crack there? Also can anyone recommend a reliable "stop leak" product that won't clog radiator or heater core. It's more of a nusiance than anything. Thanks.

There is a freeze plug in the block, right where the mount bracket bolts to the block.

You got to be kidding--I would never have guessed it. Getting to it could be a problem however, but I'll look at it soon. Thanks for getting back to me so fast.

I found a pic of one on ebay.

You can see the brass freeze plug centered between the 3 bracket mounting bolts holes.
