Hi there,

You will have to make sure that the fuel pump is working, and change the fuel filter. When you run out of fuel you can draw up all the sediment from the bottom of the fuel tank ad clog up the system.

I would make sure the injectors are getting gas
and go back from there

the fuel pump is in the gas tank
there is two metel bands holding it on
and three gas lines
and 3 or four bolts where you fill the gas

and the fuel filter on on the truck frame
on the lower drivers side
it has 1 line in and 1 line out
I think if you disconnect the line from the gas tank to the fuel filter and you turn the engine over briefly it should pump a little gas out the line if it working correctly
be sure to disconnect the battery cables
and drain the gas our of the tank if you can makes it lot easier
