How do i tell if i have blown a head gasket in my 1993 Chevy S10 Blazer?

check the compression of each cylinder, pressure check the coolant system. any drop in either without any visible external leaks, or the plugs being fouled with coolant, or water in the oil could mean a blown head gasket.
