1993 Chevy S-10 Starting Issues

I have the 4.3L version of the 6 cyl with the TBI. I am not getting fuel on the initial start. If I put starter fluid in the ports the truck will start and continue to run. I can see the gas in the ports after it starts. I have replace the fuel pump relay, fuel filter, MAP, temp sensor, PCV valve, and all the old vent lines. The fuel pump is working and there is spark. I am not getting the initial 2 second surge of fuel when the key is placed in the on position. Any ideas of what to try next?

The computer energizes the fuel pump relay for that 2 secs time. when the engine fires up the oil pressure sending unit takes over the power for the fuel pump

Replace fuel pump; fuel pump is not working after it was repaced. Checked electrical signal and saw that there was no electrical voltage on the fuel pump connector. I checked fuses and they all are good.

1. What else do I need to check?
2. Is there a fuel pump relay and if so where is it located? How many relays are there?

Check the inline fuse 20amp, and fuel pump relay is at no. 3 below

My truck shoots fuel out of the fuel injectors so hard that it overflows the throttle body. Also I don't even have to try to crank the truck for the fuel injectors to do this all I have to do is turn on the electric with the key. This is a problem that has arisen while trying to fix another problem. So I have changed the fuel pump, fuel pump filter, in line fuel filter, fuel pump relay, ecm fuse, ecm, coolant sensor, throttle positioning sensor, idle control sensor, fuel pressure regulator, and fuel injectors, as well as all new gaskets. Please any help would be greatly appreciated! I am at a loss. I don't know what would make the truck not crank and throw so much fuel and while without even being cranked.

Check the fuel pressure fuel pump could be overpressurizing the sytem to inlcude a blockage on the return line

I thought the fuel pump went out replaced it and still am gettin no power to the pump the relay switch is good I believe I plugged the blower one into it and the blower connector worked in both so im at a loss any ideas

Make sure there is power to the relay itself. If there is and there is power out, it's time to start tracing wires. IF there is power from the relay to the pump, there has to be a break in the wiring or a bad ground.

Not getting and power to the fuel pump and headlights do not come on. I replaced the relays (did not work) and I know the fuel pump works because tested it with a hot wire.
