Computer wont show a code. this is a 93 model with a 95 engine put in 5 yrs ago. wont start w/o useing starter fluid then after warm up wil stall out and maybe restart but wont go beyond 2nd gear . Have changed fuel pump/fuel filter/sending unit/ignition module and have cut exhaust pipe to catalytic converter but still wont start. When it runs -fuel compression is between 9-12 psi. Is it time for the junk yard?

Fuel pressure is good. Need to see if the injectors are hitting. There is a 2 wire connector that goes through the intake at the front drivers side (red and blue wires if I remember correctly) key on, test for power at one of them and the other should flash ground when engine is cranking. If not, then it could be the PCM. If it flashes when the engine wont start, get back and we will go from there
