1991 Chevy S-10 Procedure - Fuel Pump Replacement

May I have the procedure for replacing the fuel pump?

you will have jack up the back of the vehicle on jack stands. disconnect the battery after that you wioll have to neutralize the fuel pressure, then disconnect the lines going to the fuel tank. Do not do this with a full tank of gas as the fuel tank will be heavy with gas in it. After removing the existing hoses then disconnect the the electrical lines going to the fuel tank. Loosen up the fuel tank holding straps. Lower the fuel tank. keep all flame or sparks away from vehicle. when you have the fuel tankl down you will see a ring holding the sending unit and fuel pump. Remove this by turning counter clockwise. When the ring is off gently remove the fuel pump and sending unit for the fuel gage. use new gasskets when putting it back together.
