Engine Performance problem
1990 Chevy S-10 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive

When I operate my truck And Stop For 5 Minutes I have to Turn It Over About 4 Times before it will Start, I have Replace The Throttle Body And Fuel Pump,Coil,Starter,And Distrubtor Set Timming And Still does the Same Thing.
