1992 Chevy Prizm fuel system

have a 1992 geo prizm that sat for years and ran fine when parked but doesn't start now and seem that its not getting fuel what to do? we have checked all fuses and other things but can;t find problems

Short B+ and Fp terminals on the diagnostic port on left shock tower. This should energize the fuel pump bypassing relays, if pump runs, then fuel pump relay or fuse is bad.
If pump does not run, then pump is bad or wiring to it.
You can also remove the air tube to throttle body, spray some starting fluid in, if car starts and runs for a few seconds, then the pump/fuse/relay is bad.
If car does not fire, then ignition problem.
