Won't start

I have a 1994 Z28 camaro with 5.7 motor that has 139,000 miles. It won't start! When I turn the key nothing happens. I have replaced the battery and had the starter tested and it is fine. What next? :(

Thorougly check the cables that run from the battery to ground and to the starter for any looseness or corrosion.

Was the battery replaced in an attempt to fix the no crank?
