Loss of power steering

Someone please help. 2002 Chevy Trailblazer LTZ V6 4WD. Having diificulty turning the wheel. Power steering fluid is ok, belt turning, possibly be the pump?

Could be the pump, you can do a backyard test by crimping off the high pressure line momentarily to see if fluid spits back out of the pump, you would need to take the cap off before trying this
ive seen pump shaft sheer internally, so the pump pulley moves but the pump isnt pumping, hope this helps
