will not start when cold unless u put gass or starting flud in the intake

What model vehicle, engine size? How long since a tune-up? Use a gage and check fuel pressure. Some of the national brand autostores used to loan out a fuel pressure gage, if you don't have one. Any applicable trouble codes?
