hey guys and thanks for your time. Its a K1500 chevy and the problem with my truck is it won't start. I was driving it just fine never had any problems with it and then one day i just drove it parked it for about 2 minates, came back out and it wouldn't start. It will turn over just fine and there's a spark but it won't fire. The other thing is i don't hear the fuel pump when i turn the ignition to the "on" position.

changed the fuel pump, fuel filter, ecm b fuse, fuel pump relay and it started right up ran for about 2 minuates and then died and once again can't hear the fuel pump now so i checked the ecm b fuse and its still good and same with the fuel pump relay. Is therer some sort of fuel shut off thats kicking in or possibly the alarm is linked to the fuel shut off??? I really appreciate the feed back

Power the fuel pump connector gray wire from the battery positive post and observe the time if it doesn't dies out within 2 minutes either you test the fuel pump and oil pressure sending unit or replace it.

Oil pressure sending unit-powers the fuel pump as soon as the engine starts up-
