I have a 1979 Chevy Nova and a few months ago I hit a deer and it messed up the front of my car. I had to replace both front turning signal bulbs and after I did this I have no running lights. My caution lights, brake lights, and turning signals work. But when I turn on my headlights I have no lights in the back. I've changed the bulbs and fuses and I also have no dashlight.

It sounds like you have a short somewhere. Check all wiring in the areas affected by the deer incident. Chances are you will find a pinched or exposed wire that is shorting to ground and causing your lighting issues. Also check to make sure the new bulbs are correct. I've seen a two filament turn signal bulb mistakingly installed in a single filament connector. The result was a condition similar to a short.
