Heater blows good air from a/c ducks on right side (cool) not hot , no air from left side Good air flow from heater and defroster but cool not real hot.
anti-freeze full , a/c ? started to blow a little cool at end of summer/ not real cold.
Why would air flow be good from heater/defroster outlets but not a/c ducks

It sounds like you have a vacuum leak. The vent doors that direct the air in the direction you want are run by vacuum. Start by checking for vacuum leaks under the dash. IF the engine is running, you may actually hear a hissing sound.
