2002 Chevy Monte Carlo security light

I was wanting to know when I start my car the security light comes on but if i turn it off and restart it goes out the car will start but if i turn it off it will not restart if it sits for a few min the car will start i lose all power the headlights dash light nothing works if i turn the key to on the light comes on security light is on the service engine light and service traction system comes on just now starting this problem. When it sits it will start and everything works like it should
