Whenever my car has been on for awhile (30+ minutes after its warmed up), I lose like half the power. The stereo won't come on or the dome light or headlights. When I turn it off, then try to start it again, it won't start. The security system won't allow it to start because its not getting enough power. I have changed the battery, plus they checked my alternator & the belt & they are fine, I also had a diag run on it but none of the codes are coming back because there is not enough power to read it. Any ideas would help. I have the mechanics stumped.

is the alternator charging when this happends? did your mechanics check for output voltage to the compontes that quit working? sounds like a possible Body Control Module

Yes, the alternator is charging fine, they tested that separately. I have asked around & the Body Control Module seems to be what its narrowing down to. That or I just need to have the computer replaced altogether. Thanx!!!
