There are a variety of possiblilities including a loose exhaust system or heat shield. The arrow points out a bushing that I have found to cause squeaks. The bracket can be loosened and a rubber shim installed to stop the noise.
Best bet is to have it put up in the air and have the technician jounce it while looking for the source. A particulat lift is required for this.
