1997 Chevy Monte Carlo fuel issue

replaced the fuel pump, filter, relay and oil sensor and still am not getting any power to my fuel pump... any idea's?

Check the PCM fuse 20 amp in the underhood electrical center no.1 if okay have the computer control of the fuel pump relay circuit checked out -its not driving the fuel pump relay coil side
