Electrical problem
1995 Chevy Monte Carlo 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

Passenger side window all the way down. Replaced motor and still won't go up. Replaced motor again same problem. Have window and regulator out. Tested plug at motor ,test light comes on when you push up or down, thus power at motor. plugged motor in and will work going down but not up. It's as if there is no power on the UP side of the button even though the test light comes on when the plug is unhooked and tested.
