Transmission problem
1980 Chevy Monte Carlo V8 Two Wheel Drive Automatic

I have a 1980 monte carlo and I just replaced the transmisson and it started leaking. I took it to a shop and they said they sealed the transmission. It drove home good and I parked for about an hour. Then I went to see if it was leaking and it was. I took it back to the shop and they resealed it. I got home again it was still leaking. I took it back again and they replaced the lines and hoses. I get home and it started leaking again. Now they said they don't know why its leaking. Do you know why?

If you took it to a shop to fix and and they didn't, they should have a chance to fix it. Obviously they haven't fixed it. Take it backa nd tell them they have one more chance and if they can't take it someplace that can. Then sue them in small claims court as you have given them several chances. It can be leaking from a pan gasket/oil pump seal or oil pump bolt seals, o rings, extension housing, several places. We cannot find leaks on here even if pictures are sent it has to be seen firsthand. Sorry
