Electrical problem
2000 Chevy Metro 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Manual 208880 miles
its kinda a weird thing that happened, i have 00 chvy metro and the dash lights dont work and the tail lights dont work also but the brake lights work fine and so does eveything else, i thought it was the fuse but each time i replaced the fuse it blew every time i started up the the car i think it has something to do with the wiring and i cant figure out what it is

What fuse is blowing? It blows even if lights are not turned on?

the 15-watt light fuse under the dash, and no it only blows when i turn on the lights

Most likely a bulb shorted so pull bulbs till fuse dose not blow. Doubt if dash lights are the culprit.
