2005 Chevy Malibu won't start

I've had my car looked at by several Machanics, they say the theft system is not allowing my car to start, is there any way for me to disengage the system so my car will start? They have gotten it to start at the shop but once I get it home it won't start. This is just driving me crazy and costing me money

TRY 1ST USE A DIFF KEY IF YOU HAVE ONE
OR
change ignition cylinder key and moduaL
