how can you tell if your radiator was actually flushed and refilled or if it was only topped off if you did not watch the mechanic work?

Hi there,
if you know the Ph of the coolant used this can be checked, if diluted it will read low, some mechanics will just top up if the coolant looks fresh, this can be hard to tell in most cases.

Thankyou for your quick response back on my question about flushing and refilling the coolant or has it just been topped off.I will definitely make a donation for your help. I need to clarify my question after thinking about it.I had NTB work on my wife's Lexus ES 300 1999 model to get it ready for a road trip. I am concerned that they my have cut corners. They said my coolant was low and needed to be flushed and refilled but I don't know if they actually did this. Should I have this double checked or take NTB's service desk word that this was done correctly.

I think that trying to prove that they did or did not do it will get you nowhere, i am in Australia so i am unsure who NTB is and their reputation, if they are a Lexus dealer or do top end cars i would feel fairly confident that they did the job correctly, why do you think that they did not do this flush anyway?
