1999 Chevy Malibu 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

I need the engine torque specs and sequence for tightening the head bolts and rocker bolt ect. Would be much appreciated if you could get them for me or direct me to where I can get them. Thank you the motor is a 3.1 liter v6.8th vin letter J

Head bolts tighten in steps. step 1 tighten to 44 ft. lbs. step 2 rotate an additional 95 degrees with angle meter.

for rocker arm bolts, step 1 tighten to 124 INCH lbs. and step 2 tighten additional 30 degress with angle meter.
