The code my check engine light gave me was indicating that cylinder 3 is misfiring. The compression of the third cylinder read at 65 psi. What needs to be done to repair this issue and is it worth fixing?

what are the other ones? is it over 25% less then the highest. if so then you need the cylinder rehoned. but first i would have the lifters and valve springs changed on it and the pushrods, and on the cylinder i would put new piston rings on it and hone out the cylinder, if this dontwork its up to you to hvae your cylinders rebored or put in a new engine, i would go wiht new engine.
