Having a little extra money I bought new plugs and wires for my car and let my dad do a tune up. He ended up having to take the motor mounts off and jack up the engine in order to do so. The next day while going up a hill my car started misfiring, and smoothed out on flat ground. So, we figured that one of the plugs were loose. This time instead of jacking up the engine he took the coilpack off, then replaced it when he was done.

Meanwhile, my gas hand had been sticking and I had the trip meter set to show me how many miles I had until I needed gas. My dad took my car out not paying attention, and when I got in my car and started it, I drove maybe 15 feet and it ran out of gas. We've put gas in it, but it won't start. It turns over, but it won't start. I was told there was a reset button you could try... But I was also told it could be the fuel injector. Could that have anything to do with the previous misfiring and the fuel guage?? Or is there really a button somewhere to reset something?
