1998 Chevy Malibu 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic
It is really cold out and my car won't start...I'm sure the battery is drained from the cold but when I went to pop the hood to jump it, the hood won't pop...I have tried pulling the hood chord with pliers and I stll cannot get it open...help please
