Chevy Lumina? Wont start

Hey a buddy of mine has a Chevy Lumina and wouldnt start he put new plugs in it and still no start then he said he pulled the number 6 plug and the car would start and plug was cover in fuel is this car floooding out

Most likely he has a leaking fuel injector on that cylinder when shut off this hydrolocks the engine replcing that injector and changing his oil, (gas in oil may dilute oil enough to harm engine.)
Hydrolocking is when one or more cylinders fill up with fluid. Fluid does not compress only vapours
