Hi, we had our car repaired recently and immediately after there was a new problem that surfaced. It doesn't happen all the time, but we've noticed that as time goes on it is getting worse. Sometimes when we are driving up a steep hill or try to accelerate fast, when pressing down on the gas pedal, it stops. The car still runs, but stalls. Because of this problem we have not been able to drive on the freeways. It also does it at speeds higher than 45mph. Do you have any idea what might be wrong with it? I'm sorry, but I'm not sure about the milage on the engine, but I know it's a lot. I'm also not sure of the engine size, but any idea what is wrong with it would be very helpful!

The service engine soon light is on. The mechanic said he checked everything and didn't know why it was still on. I'm not sure what repairs were done, but I know they did quite a lot on it. This is why we were so surprised that it had problems immediately after.
