2000 Chevy Lumina Constant high pitch whistle

While engine is running there is a high pitch whistle coming from car speakers. It stays on for about 3 sec. After I turn engine off. Help

Is this from an AM station? If so, its interference from the alternator.

FM or Am also whistle sound still there when radio is off.
