I Had My Car Sitting Out outside for about a day and a Half With Very Low Fuel And Sub Zero Temputers Overnight, And When I Tried To Start It And It, it made a cranking sound for at least one turnover, but it made a weird sound like gas was gettin to it but not Turning over, the battery did not start clicking for awhile after like 20 turnovers

what should I do? Is my starter frozen?

Hi:
If the starter turned it over, chances are you have fuel line freeze up. If possible, try to get it into a garage where it can warm up. Also, always try to keep at least 1/2 tank of fuel in the tank when it gets that cold.

Let me know if this helps.
